Psychotherapy affords us the opportunity to make sense of our subjective experience and to examine life, work and relationship challenges.
We may wish to alleviate psychic pain and hurt, or break ingrained patterns that temporarily block and hinder us. We may also seek clarity, insight and direction or perhaps desire to be more deeply connected and engaged with others.
